AIPixer ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AIPixer Seller Hub platform (the "Service"). 2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed through Supabase Auth). If you sign in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive your name, email, and profile picture as permitted by that provider.

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, tools used, features accessed, IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.

2.3 Uploaded Content

When you use our tools, you may upload images, PDFs, or product data. This content is processed on our servers to provide the requested tool functionality (e.g., background removal, PDF cropping, listing generation). Uploaded content is not used to train AI models.

2.4 Payment Information

We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We retain transaction records (amount, date, credit pack purchased) for billing history.

2.5 Communication Data

If you contact us via email or through the Service, we retain your communication and any information provided within it to respond to your inquiry and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Service— process your uploads, generate outputs, manage your account and credits.
• Improve and develop the Service— analyse usage patterns, fix bugs, develop new features.
• Communicate with you— send service-related emails (account verification, billing receipts, security alerts), and with your consent, marketing communications.
• Ensure security and prevent fraud— detect abuse, enforce our terms, and protect the rights and safety of AIPixer and its users.
• Comply with legal obligations— respond to lawful requests, meet regulatory requirements, and establish or exercise our legal rights.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers— third-party vendors that assist with hosting (AWS), authentication (Supabase), payment processing, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements— when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers— in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to the same privacy commitments.
• With your consent— for any other purpose explicitly agreed to by you.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded content is processed in real-time and is not stored beyond what is necessary to deliver the tool output. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
